MUSIC PRACTICE-Snake Saturday Parade

Well,
Last evening at the winter quarters of Cpl. Martin, several of the Brigade met to practice our marching songs for the Snake Saturday Parade.
The group chose the following songs. "GOD SAVE IRELAND" http://www.traditionalmusic.co.uk/song-midis/God_Save_Ireland.htm,
"THE BATTLE CRY OF FREEDOM" http://freepages.music.rootsweb.com/~edgmon/cwbattlecry.htm,
and "THE MINSTREL BOY" http://ogallchobhair.org/minstrelboy.htm.
The links are hot. Click and hear the music.
In my opinion, for our first practice, we sounded good. Many good suggestions were broached and incorporated into the songs.
The next practice will be on March 4th at the quarters of "Pvt. Bullitt"
Labels: Gary Martin, God Save Ireland, Minstrel Boy, Snake Saturday, Song Practice, The Battle Cry of Freedom
